STAND-UP PROGRAM (2014-04-03)

The program for individuals who are 60 years of age or older given, in English, by a physiotherapy technician from the CSSS du Lac-des-Deux-Montagnes, is open for registrations!  This beneficial 12-week program will provide with tools and techniques to prevent falls.

STIGMA NO MORE (2014-04-03)

Stigma No More is a new project designed to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness by providing information to teens about mental health and illness in an informal atmosphere.  

Teens will meet once each week and share a meal they helped cook.

Starting on Thursday May 1 at 4:30 p.m.

NOW IN LACHUTE! (2014-04-01)

On January 30, 2014, a 4 Korners satellite office was opened in Lachute at 508 Principal Street.  This office is the result of the collaboration with the LESAN of Argenteuil. 

The Lachute office is open on Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
